Yesterdau, the Iowa State Daily hosted our Spring Break Jeopardy game show. Three contestant answered questions about U.S. geography to win two $50 gift cards to the University Bookstore and Wild Water Carwash.

Before the competition, we talked to each individual to learn more about their favorite Spring Break trips and their plans this year.

Why did you sign up for Spring Break Jeopardy? 

I enjoy watching jeopardy and wanted to be a part of the game and see what it is like.

What is your favorite spring break trip?

Last year, [I] went to Chile for a case study to explore supply chain management.

Where are you going this year for break?

My friends and I will go to the NCAA tournament.

Why did you sign up for Spring Break Jeopardy?

I backed out of a Spring Break [trip] with friends this year and want the package to see what it has.

What is your favorite spring break trip?

Denver for NCAA tournament last year.

Where are you going this year for break?

The Big 12 Tournament.

Why did you sign up for Spring Break Jeopardy?

I love game shows, and jeopardy is one of my favorites.

What is your favorite spring break trip?

Washington, D.C., in high school, where I fell in love with the district.

Where are you going this year for break?

South Padre Island.
