Here is an easy DIY Valentine’s Day wreath that you can make in your dorm room:

Step 1: Gather your materials – you will need scissors, a ruler, ribbon, glue/adhesive tape and assorted scrapbook/construction paper.

Step 2: Measure out eight 2×11 strips of scrapbook/construction paper and cut them.

Step 3: Fold each strip of paper in half.

Step 4: Put a strip of adhesive tape or glue on one end of the strip and then bend the ends together to make the shape of a heart.

Step 5: Arrange the heart shapes in a circle and then glue the heart shapes together with the adhesive tape or glue.

Step 6: Cut 8 to 10 inches of ribbon and attach the ribbon with small pieces of tape at the top of wreath so that it can be hung.

Voila. You now have a cute and easy Valentine’s Day wreath to hang for the special day.
