Craig Hamerlinck, human resources coordinator, will present on “Great Customer Service” during a Professional and Scientific Council seminar Tuesday afternoon. 

The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Gallery of the Memorial Union and will be free to attend.
