Kacey Musgraves will be performing with Andrew Combs at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Hoyt Sherman Place in Des Moines.

Tickets range in prices from $40 to $50 and are available for purchase on Ticketmaster.

The night of country music will start with artist Andrew Combs from Dallas, Texas, who will open the show for Musgraves.

Combs has released two albums with his latest entitled “All These Dreams.” According to his website Combs has received critical acclaim for his music from places like Rolling Stone magazine and NPR.

Like Combs, Musgraves is also from the state of Texas. According to her biography on the website AllMusic, her career started to take off after appearing on the competition “Nashville Star.”

Musgraves is currently touring supporting her latest album “Pageant Material,” the second by the artist. Her first album, “Same Trailer Different Park” was nominated for numerous awards and won the Grammy Award for best Country Album in 2014.

She also does the writing for a majority of her music and some of her hit singles include “Blowin Smoke,” “Follow Your Arrow” and “Biscuits.”
