ISU women’s golf finished the third and final round of the Lady Puerto Rico Classic in Puerto Rico with a team score of 299 (+11) and a tournament total of 884 (+20) on Tuesday. The Cyclones finished in 4th place on the leaderboard 17 strokes behind the winning team Georgia, 867 (+3).

In the third round, Iowa State was led in scoring by freshman Chayanit Wangmahaporn, who shot round total of 72 (E). The second best score for the Cyclones came from Celia Barquin shooting a final round of 74 (+2).

The top two finishers on the individual leaderboard were Arkansas freshman Maria Fassi, who finished in 1st place and shot a total of 208 (-8), and Texas Tech sophomore Gabby Barker, who finished in 2nd with a final score of 209 (-7).

The Cyclones have a small break from competition until they head to Miami, Florida, in two weeks for the Hurricane Invitational.
