The Office of Equal Opportunity has several qualities they are looking for in the search for a new director. 

The search committee is looking to narrow the field to 20 candidates on December 7 and would like to bring the finalists to campus the last week of January or the first week of February. 

The two goals of the search committee is to find a diverse range of candidates and preferably someone with a background in higher education.
