Department of world languages and cultures students and faculty will host a candlelight vigil Friday to honor those who suffer around the world.

The vigil will take place at 5:10 p.m. Friday on the south side of Pearson Hall on campus.

According to a release from department of world languages and cultures students and faculty, the event is meant to show support for “All those suffering in the wake of so many acts of hate and discrimination around the world.”
