Players and teams to watch at ISU men’s golf’s fall finale, the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate

The ISU men’s golf team, ranked No. 80 and No. 86 by Golfstat and Golfweek, respectively, is set to conclude the fall portion of its 2015-2016 season at the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate on Oct. 25-26. Eleven other teams will join the Cyclones in Greensboro, N.C., at the Grandover Resort East Course, a 7,2500 par-72 track.

Iowa State will have the opportunity to notch its first victory over a top-50 team in Golfweek’s standings as three top-50 teams headline the field.

Below are the top five teams and individuals in the field in Greensboro, according to the Oct. 22 Golfweek rankings:

Note: Iowa State’s Nick Voke is No. 68, but he will be away from the team to compete at the Asia-Pacific Team Championship in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Oct. 22-25.
