Folk-band Gipsy Moon will perform an all-ages show at 8 p.m. Wednesday on the Bluestem stage at Zeke’s. The Barn Owl Band will join Gipsy Moon for the performance.

Gipsy Moon is currently on tour in the Midwest for Gipsy Moon: Tour De Flats. Tickets for the performance are $12 for students and $15 for general admission. Tickets are still available and can be purchased online at Eventbrite.

Formed in 2012, Gipsy Moon is a five-member folk-band from Nederland, Colorado, is known for performing with only acoustic instruments. 

Having currently released two EPs, Eventide and Autumn’s Retreat, Gipsy Moon is in the process of recording a third album. All of their music is available to listen to on Soundcloud.

Formed in central Iowa in 1991, The Barn Owl Band is a traditional American string band consisting of six full-time members. The band has released three albums, including Cloud Forest, Barn Owls Live, and Dance Owl Night, which are described in detail on their website.
