Get a container, buy some snacks, maybe throw in a little heartfelt letter or whatever else you can think of. This can be a cheap and simple gift idea that’s sure to make anyone’s day. Just stop at the dollar store, buy 10 bucks worth of candy and cheap pop and you’re in business.

Drop off a six-pack

Most everyone likes some sort of alcoholic drink, so if your friend and/or lover is having a less-than-ideal day, drop off a couple surprise drinks. Throw it in the back of his truck, drop it off at her doorstep, whatever.

Make a meal, make a snack

Homemade food and goodies are the bomb.com. Preparing a dish can mean a lot to the right person. Make it that much better by preparing the person’s favorite thing(s) and delivering it in a heartfelt way.

He/she has been hinting at something

Maybe he needs new socks or maybe she’s been wanting to pick up that new book to read. Pay attention to your person and figure out a cool, thought-filled, small gift to brighten his or her day. It means a lot to someone to know another has been paying attention, and, hey, who doesn’t love new stuff?

Make something

Glue some bottle caps to a picture frame, throw together a small scrapbook, doodle a picture or Sharpie a coffee cup. Spending the money, taking the time and thinking about that special someone can prove to be so valuable in your relationship.
