Description: An Immersive Laser Installation by Dan Corson will be open for extended hours. You have never seen anything like this on campus. Bring your friends to experience and enjoy Corson’s light and laser filled environment.

Midwest Postdoctoral Symposium

Cost: This event is free and open to all postdocs, graduate students, faculty and staff, however food and beverages are provided only for those who registered before the April 15 deadline.
Description: Keynote addresses by Howard Gendelman, University of Nebraska, Lincoln; and Adam Schwartz, USDOE Ames Laboratory and ISU materials science and engineering. The event also features three panel sessions: From Postdoc to Academia; From Postdoc to Industry; and From Postdoc to Entrepreneurship.
