The ISU baseball club made its first National Club Baseball Association World Series in its 14-year history. 

Here are the first-round matchups:

No. 8 Iowa State vs. No. 1 East Carolina (Game 2, 3:15 p.m. May 22)

No 7. Illinois vs. No. 2 Texas (Game 3, 7:30 p.m. May 22)

No. 6 Oregon vs. No. 3 Florida State (Game 1, 11 a.m. May 22)

No. 5 Penn State vs. No. 4 Arizona State (Game 4, 11 a.m. May 23)

The tournament is held in Paducah, Kent. and is double elimination.
