Egg White Muffins

Start off your day in a healthy way! These grab-n-go egg white muffins are easy, versatile and packed with nutrients. You can experiment with these muffins any way you like to fit your taste as a quick breakfast or a simple snack.

Ingredients:

Your vegetables of choice, diced

Carton of egg whites

Cooking Spray

Black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Spray each muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.

Add diced vegetables to each muffin tin.

Fill each muffin tin with egg whites.

Sprinkle black pepper over top.

Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.

Once they are done cooking, enjoy! You can pair these muffins with a topping of choice, such as salsa or avocado.
