Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Sandwich

With a blend of so many fun ingredients, you won’t miss the unhealthy traditional chicken salad sandwich. This combination includes plump grapes, fresh apples, sweet cranberries and more! This lightened up sandwich is sure to be a summertime hit.
Yield: About 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
½ cup diced red onion
½ cup diced apple
2/3 cup grapes, halved
1/3 cup dried cranberries
¼ cup sliced almonds
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Serve mixture on bread of choice.
