Master of couture, Ali Rahimi and partner John Barle will  host a lecture on Wednesday in Dolezal Auditorium, 127 Cutriss Hall at 7 p.m. Based in Los Angeles, Mon Atelier creates one-of-a-kind pieces for celebrities with the help of creative designer Ali Rahimi.

Rahimi’s work has been featured in television shows like “Glee” and “America’s Got Talent,” but is most known for his “Jackie O” suit featured in Legally Blonde 2. Mon Atelier focuses on creating unique garments through high-end customer service, multiple fittings, hand finishing and superior craftsmanship. Rahimi has more than two decades of experience in designing and creating couture clothing that leave him a master of couture.

The two designers will discuss their careers, which started at the Virginia Marti College of Art and Design in Lakewood, Ohio, and how it has taken them to managing a niche boutique creating couture fashions for A-list celebrities.
