Hillary Clinton is expected to announce her intentions to run in the 2016 presidential race this Sunday through a video on social media. 

Clinton will also be sweeping through Iowa, New Hampshire and other early-voting states in the next week, a person close to Clinton’s future campaign told CNN. The source also told CNN Clinton has already taped the video. 

Clinton is expected to be in Iowa sometime this weekend, though no schedule has been confirmed. The stops on the visit will be low-profile, The Guardian reported. 

The trips are meant to establish Clinton as a front-runner in the 2016 presidential caucuses and primaries, though she is already considered the primary candidate for the Democratic Party.
