These moist pumpkin muffins call for only two ingredients, resulting in fewer calories while still maintaining a great taste. What more could you ask for? This simple recipe could be a quick go-to breakfast or even as a dessert in the evening.
Ingredients:
Spice cake mix
100% pure pumpkin
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put ingredients into a mixer and process until smooth
Transfer mixture into cupcake pan, greased so the muffins do not stick
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cool
As an option step, add a dollop of fat-free cool whip. Enjoy!
