Snow covers campus. Around the state this weekend, a winter storm dumped over a foot of snow. By early Sunday, Ames received 11 inches of snow with an average hight of 31 degrees. While the storm did not disturb classes, it landed on Superbowl Sunday, shutting in residents throughout the city.
