Woods: The qualms of gay marriage
February 26, 2015
Gay marriage is a subject that not everyone agrees with. There are ways of dealing with it and the most non-confrontational way is through acceptance. It is not to say you must change your ways in order to accept it, or isolate yourself to escape discrimination. We are humans of the same basic design. It is within each of us to change in any sort of way. Through the change of acceptance, the need for discourse and constant aggravation will dissipate. We can find peace within the difference. It may never be possible for all to be acceptant of the inevitable integration of gay marriage, however, trying is the first step.
