Amanda Paulson typically competes in four events during dual meets.

Her events:

1. 200-yard medley relays, A-team

2. 50-yard freestyle

3. 100-yard freestyle

4. 200-yard freestyle relay, A-team

Paulson is either first or last to swim in her relay events. The pressure is put on her in these relays to gain a lead, maintain a lead or comeback and win for her team.

Pauslon has two school records. The 50-yeard freestyle and the 200-yard freestyle relay are her record-holding events. Her times in those events: 

1. 50-yard freestyle: 22.67

2. 200-yard freestyle relay: 1:32.12
