Flat belly smoothie provides quick, easy breakfast solution

Forget slaving away in the kitchen preparing a healthy breakfast. Try sipping on this quick and easy kale smoothie, which is packed with ingredients that fight belly fat and reduce bloating. 

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

3 ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup kale

3/4 cup water

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender.

Let the ingredients blend until the ingredients are chopped up as finely as you prefer.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
