Five reasons why Jingle Jog rocks

Five reasons to participate in the Jingle Jog next year
1. Scholarship
All the funds from registering to participate in the Jingle Jog goes towards the Andy Albright scholarship, which is awarded to a first-year student with strong leadership skills and academic standing.
2. Memoriam
The Jingle Jog was created to honor the memory of Andy Albright, an ISU student who died in a car accident in 2005. Albright was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity as well as a freshman council member and member of ISU Ambassadors.
3. Exercise
Who doesn’t need exercise? The Jingle Jog is shorter than a 5k at only two miles. Anyone can do that, and there’s not even a rule that says you have to run.
4. Dressing up
O Dec. 5 runners were dressed as elves and Santas. In addition to getting to burn calories, raise money and dress however you want, runners received a Jingle Jog T-shirt.
5. Celebration
Because the holiday festivities have only just begun and maximizing holiday cheer should be a top priority this season especially before Dead Week and finals.
