Big 12 passing leaders

On Nov. 22, the ISU football team will try to stop a Texas Tech air attack manned by sophomore Davis Webb or freshman Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes played last week as Webb sat out with an ankle injury and the freshman did not disappoint with a stat line of 393 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.
However, Webb is currently leading the Big 12 in passing yards per game with 317.3. Here’s how the rest of the quarterbacks in the Big 12 are fairing this year:
1. Davis Webb (Texas Tech)- 317.4 yards per game
2. Clint Trickett (West Virginia)- 317.3 yards per game
3. Bryce Petty (Baylor)- 302.6 yards per game
4. Trevone Boykin (TCU)- 302.1 yards per game
5. Trevor Knight (Oklahoma)- 244.1 yards per game
6. Sam Richardson (Iowa State)- 242.2 yards per game
7. Jake Waters (Kansas State)- 241.1 yards per game
8. Daxx Garman (Oklahoma State)- 226.8 yards per game
9. Tyrone Swoopes (Texas)- 195.6 yards per game
10. Michael Cummings (Kansas)- 149.2 yards per game
