Entering the season, Flotrak ranked junior Crystal Nelson outside the top-10, and redshirt senior Katy Moen outside the top-25.

Since then, Nelson and Moen have positioned themselves second and 12th, respectively, in the most recent rankings.

The duo owns six combined top-five finishes, including two first place performances in three events this season.

Moen and Nelson’s performances helped Iowa State claim consecutive top-5 performances in the Griak and Wisconsin Invitationals, and helped the Cyclones claim their fourth-straight Big 12 championship.

Iowa State enters the Midwest Regional on Nov. 14 with an opportunity to punch their sixth consecutive ticket to the NCAA Championships on Nov. 22.
