Nikki Moody reinstated to ISU women’s basketball team
November 7, 2014
Nikki Moody, senior guard on the ISU women’s basketball team, has been reinstated following a week long suspension, ISU coach Bill Fennelly said Nov. 7.
Moody’s suspension was announced Oct. 31 as the result of what Fennelly said were behavioral issues in practice.
Moody will practice with the team Nov. 7, but will not play in the Cyclones’ exhibition game against Winona State Nov. 9. She will be eligible to play in Iowa State’s season opener against USC Upstate Nov. 16, but Fennelly said she will have to earn her minutes in the coming days’ practice.
