Warning signs of seizures:
- Lapses in memory
- Headaches
- Sleepiness or confusion
- Unusual smells or tastes
What you should do if you notice these signs:
- Keep track of the warning signs in a notebook
- Tell a doctor about your symptoms
- Keep track of medicine changes
- Use the warning signs you experience to help you stay safe during a seizure
