Warning signs of seizures:

  • Lapses in memory
  • Headaches
  • Sleepiness or confusion
  • Unusual smells or tastes

What you should do if you notice these signs: 

  • Keep track of the warning signs in a notebook
  • Tell a doctor about your symptoms
  • Keep track of medicine changes
  • Use the warning signs you experience to help you stay safe during a seizure
