Adalie Schmidt proved to be an integral part of the Cyclone soccer offensive attack early in the season before suffering a dislocated elbow injury that caused her to miss over a month of action.

With Schmidt out, the offense has seemingly hit a roadblock. The Cyclones haven’t scored a goal in the past five games and are currently riding a six-game losing streak.

With Schmidt now returning to action, she aims to help revitalize the struggling offense. Here is a look at Schmidt’s offensive production so far this season:

– Schmidt is the second-leading goal scorer on the team, despite playing in less than half of the team’s games due to injury. Schmidt has three goals on the season in just seven games played.

– Schmidt is tied for second most assists on the team with two assists on the season.

– Schmidt is the most efficient scorer statistically speaking. Schmidt leads the team in shot percentage (.429) and shots-on-goal percentage (.857).

– In seven games played, Schmidt has seven shots, six of which have been shots-on-goal and three of which have found the back of the net.
