Homecoming week is coming to a close, but it’s not too late to get involved in the celebration.  Here are the final few days’ activities:

Friday, Oct. 10

9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.: ISU Alumni Center Open House

Coffee and milestone reunion stickers available

60th birthday buttons for alumni who share Cy’s birthday this year

10:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m.: Art on Campus Walking Tour, which will begin at the Memorial Union Fountain of the Four Seasons

Noon – 8:00 p.m.: Glass Blowing Demonstration and Sales, which will take place at 1334 Sweeney Hall

Note: 1334 Sweeney is not accessible from the main building, but there will be a sign outside to redirect

1:30 p.m.: Honors & Awards Ceremony, which will be held in the Benton Auditorium of the Scheman Building

5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Homecoming Celebration & Pep Rally at the ISU Alumni Center

Sponsored by University Book Store

5:00 p.m.: Brad Myers will perform on the pep rally stage

6:00 p.m.: Shy of a Dozen will perform on the pep rally stage

Limited amount of pizza for purchase or free with 2014 Homecoming button (5:00 -7:00 p.m. or until it runs out), birthday cupcakes, cash bar, family-friendly tailgate games, and giveaways

6:30 p.m.: Marching band and spirit squad

7:00 p.m.: Pep rally featuring coaches, student athletes, Yell Like Hell, finals, Cardinal court and singing “Happy Birthday” to Cy.

8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: ExCYtement in the Streets, Greek Community

10:00 p.m. – Midnight: $3 Pancake Feed, Central Campus

Midnight: Mass Campaniling and Fireworks, Central Campus

Saturday, Oct. 11

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Cyclone Central Homecoming tailgate, ISU Alumni Center, bar opens at 9 a.m.; food served 12-2 p.m.

2:30 p.m.:  Cyclones vs. Toledo Homecoming football game at Jack Trice Stadium
