ISU volleyball coach Christy Johnson-Lynch made history Oct. 14, earning her 200th win as head coach of the Cyclones in a sweep of South Dakota. In her 10th season at Iowa State, Johnson-Lynch has established herself as the best coach in program history.

Playing Career

  • Two-time All-American setter at Nebraska
  • 63-2 record as a starter
  • Won the 1995 NCAA Championship

  • 200-97 overall
  • 112-61 Big 12
  • 101 wins at Hilton Coliseum
  • Most wins in team history by 65
  • Only win in team history over a No. 1 ranked opponent, Nebraska, on Sept. 2012.
