Daniel Tosh was born in West German on May 29, 1975. He was the son of a preacher, and was raised in Titusville, FL. In December of 1996 he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in marketing. After working as a telemarketer for a bit, he moved to L.A, where he got his first big break on the “Late Show with David Letterman.” In 2003 he was granted a 30-minute special on “Comedy Central Presents,” and then in 2007 Comedy Central played his stand-up performance: “Daniel Tosh: Completely Serious.” After that he kept small roles on “The Bob & Tom Show,” and “The Love Guru.” In 2009 his show, Tosh.0, first aired on Comedy Central, and this made him a household name. The show features video clips from the internet.
