Fitness Challenge: Brian Smith, week 3

Another week down. I’m not gonna officially call this week a failure, but it certainly wasn’t a success.
I did go to the gym on Sunday and had a really good workout. I always feel so great after working out. However, Sunday was the only day I made it to the gym. I’m gonna go ahead and call this a half-success. My goal was twice, so I didn’t totally fail.
I did do better at eating healthier foods. I even ate one of those apples out of my fridge instead of eating one of those Swiss Cake Rolls I bought in a moment of weakness at Hy-Vee.
Hopefully I can call next week a complete success, instead of just not declaring it a complete failure.
