The information in the log comes from records of the ISU Police Department provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
August 28
- Nathaniel Backhaus, 18, 1245 Welch Hall, and Brian Stokes, 18, 4277 Birch Hall, were cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Lynn Avenue.
- Heather Kramer, 18, 86 Lakeview Place, and Mark Siedlecki, 18, Otley, were cited for underage possession of alcohol at Little Street and Hayward Avenue.
- Nathaniel Wolf, 18, 9220 Windsor Drive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street.
- Joshua Gaube, 18, was cited for criminal mischief for throwing a beer bottle at a vehicle at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
- Andy Smith, 20, 420 S. 4th St., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hayward Avenue and Storm Street.
- Bradley Seidl, 20, Coon Rapids, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Hayward Avenue.
- Chad Spah, 22, 114 Apple Place, was arrested and charged with public intoxication on Pammel Drive.
- Amanda Romero, 205 Apple Place, was cited during a routine traffic stop for driving under suspension and having no proof of insurance. The vehicle she was driving was towed.
August 29
- Benjamin Barry, 20, 2315 Wallace Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street.
- Brandon Carlson, 18, Cherokee, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
- Robert Miller, 19, Overland Park, Kan., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at 400 Hayward Ave.
- Chelsea West, 20, Brandon, S.D., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Lynn Avenue.
- Matthew Carr, 19, 5017 Kansas Dr., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
- Seth Wise, 20, Glenwood, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Hayward Avenue. He was additionally charged with interference.
August 30
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Michael Brazeal, Council Bluffs, and Eric Thompson, Ames, were involved in a property damage collision on S. 16th Street.
- Jim Theilen reported that someone had broken into a vending machine located in the Knapp/Storms commons.
- Kathryn Foley reported that someone had keyed her vehicle in Lot B5. The incident took place on Aug.27.
- Officers assisted an individual who was having a seizure in Friley Hall. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment.
