• A 17-year-old female was referred to Juvenile Court Services for underage possession of alcohol at Elwood Drive and Lincoln Way.
• Dayton Ruby, 21, 227 Crystal St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Mortensen Parkway and State Avenue.

• Sarah McCurdy, 20, 4625 Steinbeck St., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street and Sheldon Avenue.
• Kayla Clark, 20, 4137 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Frederiksen Court.
• A wallet was found on Welch Avenue and placed into impound for safe keeping until the owner can be contacted.
• A resident reported the theft of keys at Willow Hall.
