March 5
- A staff member reported the theft of a promotional sign that was placed in a Friley Hall hallway.
- A staff member reported damage to items stored in a maintenance closet and a telecommunications node room in Welch Hall.
- A staff member reported receiving harassing mail at the Armory.
- A staff member reported noise-related harassment between Willow Hall residents. Officers temporarily mediated the situation and will conduct a follow-up meeting with the involved parties.
- A resident reported suspicious activity at University Village.
March 6
- Janelle Stribe, 23, Manning, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Lincoln Way and Franklin Avenue.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Xiaofeng Guo and Torey Ready were involved in a property damage collision at University Village.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Wesley Merryman and Benjamin Folchert were involved in a property damage collision at Hilton Coliseum.
- Janice Thompson, Everly, reported damage to a car door in Lot 61.
- Royce Bitzer, 113A Insectary, reported the theft of books.
March 7
- Jacob Bussing, 18, Underwood, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Welch Avenue.
- Jacci Hermansen, 20, 7318 Larch Hall, was charged with underage possession of alcohol, interference with official act and harassment of a public official.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Dennis Cooper at the Memorial Union Ramp.
