• Charles Driscoll, 20, 200 Stanton Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Chamberlain Street and Stanton Avenue.
• An abandoned riding lawn mower was placed into secure storage until the owner can be identified at Mortensen Road and State Avenue.
• Nathan Smith, 20, Altoona, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street.
• Brandon Brock, 20, Storm Lake, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street.
• Jennifer Casey, 20, Eagan, Minn., was cited for underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake driver’s license at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
• Roberto Monroy, 35, unknown address, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Lincoln Way and Lynn Avenue.
• Randall Eimerman, 20, 4118 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Welch Avenue.
• Officers received a report that a man had displayed a knife during an argument at a party. Diego Vega, 21, Hudson, Wis., was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault at Welch Avenue.
• Officers assisted a man who was experiencing emotional difficulties at Science II. The individual was committed for psychiatric evaluation.
• Scott Radke, 20, Galva, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Lot G3.
• Gavin Hanson, 20, Holstein, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Lot G3.
• William Hummel, 19, Westfield, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
• Officers impounded a keg from Lot G3.
• Michael Zeman, 20, 3313 Emerald Dr., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Lot G3.
• Jennifer Janssen, 20, 2922 West Street, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Lot G2.
