Coming off of a victory against Simpson, the Cyclones look to continue their winning streak.

The Cyclones have some bad blood with the Sun Devils as they lost in their first meeting this season in the Wasatch Classic. Iowa State took a tight loss with a final score of 195.675-194.575.
With this being Iowa State’s second Big 12 matchup, the goal is to get its first win against a Big 12 opponent after falling to Utah in Salt Lake City.
Going into this matchup, Iowa State is a slight underdog with its 3-5 record. Arizona State holds a 4-4 record.
Freshman Haylee Hardin received the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week award Tuesday. Hardin has been a high performer for the Cyclones and looks to be a star on Vault.
Along with Hardin, senior Josie Bergstrom-Te Slaa also looks to be a notable gymnast ahead of this matchup.
Bergstrom-Te Slaa led Iowa State against Simpson in vault and beam in last week’s matchup, along with winning the all-around title in the meet.
