A lecture on Wednesday will address how we can change attitudes toward LGBT rights. 

The event will begin at 7 p.m. in the Sun Room of the Memorial Union and will be free to attend.

The lecture will feature Melissa Michelson and Brian Harrison, political scientists and co-authors of the newly released book “Listen, We Need to Talk: How to Change Attitudes toward LGBT Rights.”

Michelson holds a doctorate in political science from Yale University and is a professor at Menlo College in Atherton, California. 

Harrison holds a doctorate in political science from Northwestern University, where he currently teaches.
