The former home of famous Iowa State basketball coach, Johnny Orr is on the market for the first time in more than 20 years. The home at 3824 Phoenix St., is owned by former ISU Physics Professor and current Professor Emeritus Don Wolford.

Johnny Orr is the winningest coach in Iowa State and Michigan history. When Orr left the program in 1994, he piled up a record of 218 wins and 200 loses at Iowa State and a record of 209-113 during is 12 years at Michigan. Orr also reached the NCAA tournament six times during his tenure at Iowa State. Before Orr came to the program it had been 40 years since Iowa State had an NCAA tournament berth.
