How to work “Ventfull”

Nicholas Terhall, GSB director of student affairs, developed an app known as Ventfull where students can add their own events onto the calendar and rate events they think are important.

The “Ventfull” app allows students to engage in on-campus activites faster than ever before. The mobile app is designed for skimming.

  • To vote an event up, tap the black circle next to it. The circle will change color to confirm your vote.
  • To remove your vote, tap it again.
  • To get more information on an event, tap on the event name. Tapping on the event will reveal it’s event and time.
  • To add an event of your interest to your calendar, tap the orange block at the bottom of the screen.
  • To look for events later in the week/month, scroll through the calendar menu near the top of the screen on the main menu.
  • To add an event straight from the main menu, simply swipe the event from right to left halfway, and release.
  • To invite a friend to an event, swipe the event from right to left all the away across the screen. “Ventfull” will copy and paste the event, and all the user will have to do is add an email.
