OATMEAL
As seen on the Better Show, Rachel Hayes, an editorial director for dailymakeover.com, shared that oatmeal is an amazing remedy for dry skin. Oatmeal is very soothing and provides anti-irritants which are great for inflamed, dry, itchy skin and even eczema.

Buy any kind of plain oatmeal — instant or slow cooking.

Put it in a food processor and set it in the highest level until it has dust-like texture.

Place the oatmeal in your bath or small container full of water.

VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Aside from cooking, virgin olive oil is a perfect natural oil and is moisturizing and versatile.
You can use it as a body lotion, a makeup remover, apply it on your cuticles for shiny, healthy, strong nails which will help extend the life of your manicure, and the roots of your hair to prevent split ends.
MILK
It’s high in calcium and healthy for strong growing bones, but milk helps to soften up any rough spots in the body.
Hayes shared that a milk bath is great for rough skin due to its lactic acid. This acid in milk will break down and soften up any tough skin on the body.
Soak the selected skin in a container full of milk for 10 to 15 minutes, remember to exfoliate, then rinse off the milk with lukewarm water and pat dry when finished.
LEMONS
They’re high in antioxidants and potent with great vitamins, but are also wonderful for those stubborn acne scars.
YouTube fashion guru, KL who goes by SecretLifeOfaBioNerd, explained that lemon contains lots of vitamin C which helps build collagen for younger looking skin and will repair any skin damages.
Lemons contain alpha hydroxy acid, which helps exfoliate the skin. This will give the skin a cleaner, smoother, brighter complexion.
