Now that you’ve chosen your major, you may be wondering what you can do with it once you graduate, if you hadn’t decided that before choosing that major.

One of the services offered on campus is Career Exploration Services through the Student Counseling Services. It helps students develop career plans and choose a major and occupation through the following services:

• Career coaching

• Individual career counseling

• UST 104: Personal Career Development, which is 2 credits

Each college at Iowa State has a career services to help you prepare for internships and jobs that provides many services including, but not limited to:

• Resume writing

• Cover letter writing

• Searching for internships or jobs
