January 16, 2013
You’ve likely heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day at some point in your life. Despite knowing this, one-third of adults report not eating breakfast, according to a study conducted by Morning MealScape 2011.
Men ages 18 to 34 years old are the most likely to skip breakfast, according to the study.
Top reasons for not eating breakfast include not feeling hungry and being too busy.
