The ISU soccer team went on the road for a Big 12 match for the first time this season on Friday evening. 

The Cyclones (8-5, 0-2) fell to No. 17 Oklahoma State (10-3, 1-2) in Stillwater, Okla.

OSU senior forward Megan Marchesano scored the only goal on the night in the 13th minute. Iowa State led in shots 14 to 7, but fell short in other areas.

Iowa State gave up 13 fouls in the match, two of which resulted in yellow cards for senior midfielder Kelsey Calvert and sophomore defender Lindsay Frank.

The Cyclones travel to Lubbok, Texas, on Sunday to play Texas Tech for their next Big 12 match.
