Blue Sky Days, held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in central campus, was a terrific turn-out. Although it was a little chilly, many people came to central campus ready to finish strong with the goal of helping children, families and individuals in the Ames community in mind.

The 5k run/walk started and ended in central campus, looping around central campus.

Participants could also view the homecoming banners painted by the Greek Community as they ran/walked. At the end of the 5k, there were drinks, granola bars and bagels provided for the participants.
