She was charged wtih willful injury, a class D felony, and her bond is currently set at $10,000.
Cmdr. Mike Brennan of the Ames police department said officers were called out to 4130 Lincoln Swing, trailer number 6, Friday evening by Eric Donald Jr., who reported that he had been stabbed.

Beasley told police Saturday that she’d gotten into an argument with Donald, according to the complaint and affidavit.
“She went into the kitchen where she got a knife, then she went over to Eric and stabbed him in the arm before running out of the house,” Brennan said.
