The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 21
- A staff member reported the theft of a computer in Ross Hall.
- A resident reported that racial slurs and graffiti were handwritten on pamphlets in Friley Hall.
- An officer observed damage to two tires on a parked vehicle in Lot 112.
- Krista Fehl, 3407 Friley Hall, reported the theft of a bike at the Union Drive Community Center.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Beau Artist and Robert Fernand were involved in a property damage collision at Elwood Drive and Mortensen Parkway.
Feb. 22
- Donna Wilson, 2261 Veterinary Medicine, reported the theft of a laptop computer from Veterinary Medicine.
- A vehicle owned by Deneise Johnson apparently rolled from its stall and struck a car owned by Douglas Rickels in Lot A4.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Robert Stolki at Union Drive and Welch Avenue.
- Kyle Krause, 3336 Frederiksen Court, reported damage to his bike at Frederiksen Court.
- A student reported receiving harassing telephone calls on Ash Avenue.
- A bike that was reported stolen was found locked to a rack in Linden Hall. The item was released to the owner.
Feb. 23
- Todd Koch, 24, Muscatine, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at 200 block of Sheldon Ave. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
- Officers were summoned to an apartment on the report of loud noises at University Village. It was discovered the residents had been arguing. There were no signs of a physical altercation.
- A community service officer discovered a quantity of cash in the parking ramp at the Memorial Union. The money was placed into secure storage until the rightful owner can be identified.
- In a case update, Adam Scarlett, 18, 4204 Roberts Hall, was arrested on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault. He was transported to the Story County Jail. Lucas Von Glan, 18, 4233 Roberts Hall, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief — he was released on citation.
