• John Rutherford England, no permanent address, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.

• Christina Marie Rogers, 207 S. 5th St., was arrested under a warrant for probation violation. She was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Gary Lee Graf, Huxley, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, interference with official acts and providing false information to a police officer. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Logan James Drew, 300 Stanton Ave. #209, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released on citation.
• Ben Joshua Cornish, 4701 Steinbeck, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated for the second time. He was released on citation.

August 15

• Kaitlin Hanson, 134 Campus Ave. #1, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation.
• Jerimy Almestica, 703 Meadow Place, was arrested and charged with serious assault. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.

August 16

• Michael Boeke Day, 1518 Idaho, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Katherine Ferrell, 209 S. Oak St., was arrested and charged with interference with official acts. She pleaded guilty and was fined.
• Jennifer Pierson, Ankeny, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and possession of alcohol under the legal age. She was released on $350 bond.

August 17

• David Kelly Jr., 720 Crystal St., was arrested and charged with driving while barred. He was released on $6,500 bond.
• David Scott Nelson, Eden Prairie, Minn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100.
• Sherry Ann Naser, 1118 Top-O-Hollow Road, was arrested under warrant. She was released on 0 percent of $2,000.
• Amanda Montgomery, 420 E. 7th St. #C7, was arrested and charged with two counts of credit card fraud. She was released on 0 percent of $10,000.
• Jaime Cubrera, 4370 Maricopa Drive #102, was arrested and charged with forgery. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Stacie Ellensohn, 133 Beedle Drive #7, was arrested under four Plymouth County warrants and one Emmett County warrant. She was taken to the Plymouth County sheriff’s office.
