The information in the log comes from ISU Police records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
February 10
- A concerned party requested that a welfare check be done on a resident of Lyon Hall. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment.
- Ryan Wehner, 428 Stonehaven Dr., reported the theft of a textbook from a CyRide bus. The incident occurred on Feb. 3.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Jennifer Sanders, 614 Billy Sunday Rd., and James Wright III, 4224 Westbrook Dr., were involved in a motor vehicle collision at South 4th Street. Sanders sustained minor injuries.
- Jeff Policky, 1112 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of a DVD. The incident occurred sometime over Christmas break.
- Fahim Godil, 136 University Village, reported that a phone he had sent in for repairs never arrived at its destination.
- Aaron Jeffries, 32 Frederiksen Court, reported that his parked vehicle had been struck by a vehicle operated by Adam Nunnikhoven of Ames.
February 11
- Marcin Wojewoda, 24, Niles, Ill., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at South 4th Street and Elwood Drive.
- Paul Brockman, 25, Dunkerton, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at North Dakota Avenue and Delaware Avenue.
- Two vehicles were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 100.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Nancy Asp at Lot 112.
- A staff member reported the theft of a road sign on Haber Road.
- Timothy Azeltine, 20, 241 Freeman Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
- A pizza delivery person reported being approached by a man displaying a handgun at Birch Hall. Officers later identified the suspect and seized a pellet gun. The incident remains under investigation.
February 12
- Ty Malia, 23, 4345 Maricopa Dr., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Knapp Street and Stanton Avenue.
- A staff member reported receiving several harassing pages at Ross Hall.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Lee Myers and Marina Kraeva were involved in a property damage collision at 13th Street and Stange Road.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Clayton McGargill and Daniel Gregorich were involved in a property damage collision at Wallace Road.
- A staff member forwarded several reports of vehicle occupants shooting a cap gun at pedestrians at Linden Hall.
