February 19

A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Glenn Smith in Lot 100. Keith Coleman, 4541 Friley Hall, reported items stolen from his vehicle in Lot 60. Russell Graves, 4497 Friley Hall, reported damage to a parked vehicle in Lot 60.

February 20

• Eric Biskner, 21, 1108 4th St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at South 4th Street and Elwood Drive.
• Eddie Shufford, 29, 4612 Ontario St., was charged with driving under suspension at Arbor Street and Sheldon Avenue.
• Katie Heuberger, 23, 123 N. Franklin Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Ash Avenue and Lincoln Way.
• A staff member reported damage to several switch plates in Gilman Hall.
• Brandy Staade, 3481 Friley Hall, reported the theft of a stereo from a car in Lot 60.
• Vincent Gregory, 19, 245 Freeman Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Freeman Hall.

February 21

• Megan Brownfield, 19, 1313 Woodstock Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Stanton Avenue.
• Eric Wilson, 19, 4845 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Union Drive and Welch Avenue.
• > Benjamin Sullivant, 20, Fort Dodge, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hyland Avenue and Lincoln Way.
• Jeffery Searcy, 32, 6100 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Welch Avenue.
• A Hilton Coliseum staff member reported harassing behavior.
• A Wilson Hall resident reported receiving harassing telephone calls.
