September 1

• Alex Kuhlmann, 19, 1277 Friley Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at Lake LaVerne.
• Adam Rebhuhn, 18, 2587 Friley Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at Lake LaVerne. [Charges dismissed, Dec. 1, 2003.]
• Ryan Starcevic, 18, 3439 Friley Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at Lake LaVerne.
• Bryan Besler, 19, 7112 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Lot 112.
• Katie Petersen, 319 Lynn Ave., reported the theft of a cellular telephone; the incident occurred on Aug. 30.
• A resident reported that someone has been using her Social Security number without authorization at Helser Hall.
• Ziwei Wu, 34D Schilletter Village, reported the theft of clothing from a laundry room at Schilletter Village.
• A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance at Knapp Hall.

September 2

• Officers received a report that a man races his engine during the early morning hours to irritate others at Lot 112.
• Patrick Gonzales, 19, 1005 Yuma Ave., was charged with driving under suspension at Hayward Avenue and Mortensen Parkway.
• Officers assisted a man who injured his hand while changing a tire at 13th Street and Haber Road.
• Nolan Applewhite, 10431 Wilson Hall, reported damage to his vehicle at Lot 61.
• Cole Petersburg, 2204 Roberts Hall, reported the theft of a bike at Roberts Hall.
• Alicia Allen, 1355 Wallace Hall, reported the theft of a bike at Wallace Hall.
• A set of found keys was placed into storage at Fire Training until the owner can be located.

September 3

• Emily Bedner, 348 Linden Hall, reported losing a cellular telephone at Ross Hall.
• A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance at Friley Hall.

September 4

• Jeremy Lunning, 23, Swaledale, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Hayward Avenue and Lincoln Way.
• Heidi Kooima, 22, 1309 Roosevelt Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Franklin Avenue.
• Officers assisted a resident who had fallen at Helser Hall.
• Kathleen Delate, 147 Horticulture Hall, reported the theft of a bike.; the incident occurred on Aug. 28 at Bessey Hall.
• Bradley Tucker, 6215 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of a bike at Marston Hall.
• A resident reported the theft of a wallet at Helser Hall.
• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Andrew Strube and Rosemary Scott were involved in a property damage collision at South 4th Street.
• Steve Frisk, Randall, reported damage to two vehicle tires at Lot 29.
• Erin Dawson, 6232 Frederiksen Court, reported damage to a car tire at Lot 112.
• A resident reported the theft of shoes from outside her apartment at Schilletter Village.

September 5

• Jonathan Hess, 19, 4532 Steinbeck Drive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Mortensen Parkway and State Avenue.
• Daniel Brown, 19, Madison, Wis., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Union Drive and Welch Road.
• Nichole Gonzales, 21, Lynnville, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Campus Avenue and Lincoln Way.
• Erik Richter, 23, 207 South Hyland Ave., was taken into custody of a warrant held by the Story County Sheriff’s Office at Hyland Avenue.
• A student reported losing a backpack at the Student Services Building.
• Thomas Powell, 20, 4203 Knapp Hall, was taken into custody on a probation revocation warrant at Knapp Hall.
• Steven Fisher, 1111 Kennedy Street, reported the theft of a bike at Design College.
• Timothy Azeltine, 19, 241 Freeman Hall, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, underage possession of alcohol, and open container at Lot 60.
• Kevin May, 19, 720 Maple Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at Lot 60.

• Mallory Young, 19, Galesburg, Ill., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Ash Avenue and Sunset Drive.
• Molly Myrick, 20, Norwalk, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street and Sheldon Avenue.
• Benjamin Holt, 19, Winterset, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street.
• Amanda Holt, 18, 801 Maple Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street.
• Michelle Bot, 18, 801 Maple Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street.
• Sheena Danzer, 18, 6245 Willow Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Hayward Avenue.
• Seth Still, 19, 3707 Helser Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol and interference with official acts at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
• Anthony Cauterucci, 18, 2202 Willow Hall, was charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street.
• Andrew Chamberlain, 19, Harlan, was charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street.
• A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Issac Chepkwony at University Village.
• Aaron Opheim, 20, 415 South Wilmoth Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Lot G2.
